From Bologna

Take the Casalecchio exit from the A1 or the Bologna Tangenziale and follow the signs for SS Porrettana

Continue in the right hand lane of SP Bazzanese for 2 km.

After the A1 underpass at Ceretolo, go past the church and the traffic lights and then turn left for (Eremo di) Tizzano.

3 km after the Eremo and wine industry at the foot of the ascent turn right for Via Carrani.

Go along the white street for 2.5 km, passing the No Entry sign. At the gate, press the button on the right to enter.

From Zola Predosa

From S.P. Bazzanese, before entering in the village, turn left at the roundabout and follow Via Garibaldi (towards Calderino)

Pass the Zola Predosa cemetery (on the left) in the village of Gesso.

Take the 3rd street on your right, just before the Via Virgilio tobacconist.

Go right to the end (around 500m), cross Via Gesso and feed onto Via Don Minzoni (opposite Via Virgilio). Continue for 3 km.

Turn left onto Via Valle, which continues for 500m before finishing on Via Carrani.

Turn right and take the white street for 1 km. At the gate, press the button on the right to enter.
