Inside the Parco dei Gessi in Zola Predosa, immersed in the verdant green of the surrounding hillsides and just a few kilometres from Bologna, this country house, recently rebuilt, retains many of the characteristics of the original antique hayloft it once was, such as the large windows and the wooden roof, recovered with the original tiles.

Ideal for nature-lovers, the house is surrounded by paths which lead into the park and towards hidden oak and chestnut woods, as well as the ancient chalk caves. It is also an animal-lover’s paradise. During your walk in the woods, you can encounter many different types of deer, wild boar, pheasants, foxes and hawk.
